The members must have respect for each other’s customer bases and refrain from back selling. They must also refrain from seeking competitive bids from two different FNC members within the same market. They must also offer bonafide sale leads when possible. The members must operate in accordance with all the stated shipping advice to promptly respond to all possible methods of communications. They must share profits according to prior agreement with another member.
